When purchasing from Earth Circus and/or Synonym you automatically accept our return policy below. Earth Circus and/or Synonym has the right to refuse any return merchandise within reason.
We understand that purchasing online can be challenging. We provide a sizing chart for your reference, to be used as a guideline for measurements. This of course can sometimes vary in styles depending on the cut, design and fabrication. If you should require any assistance with your decision on sizing, styles or order placement please contact our customer service
Please read through our terms and conditions to verify if you are eligible to apply for a return of purchase, before applying. Once the garment has been received by the customer they have fourteen days (14 days) to apply for a return adhering to the conditions below:
- Email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain your issue or take a photo of the item.
- Wait for a confirmation email regarding your issue.
- Once you have received confirmation, the item(s) can be posted back, but must be unused with garment tags still attached, in the original packaging and packing slip invoice included.
- Once your returned item has been checked and accepted, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Returned items are eligible for a full refund, exchange or credit on the site, please specify what option you would like to proceed with.
- Refunds, exchanges and credit notes can take up to 14-days to be issued.
- Any returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the refunded item
- No cash refunds are applicable and any purchases made from our online shop cannot be returned to any of our stores
- It is imperative that no return is to be sent at customer’s own discretion, your request and approval requires authorization before sending.
- Please note that only returns that have been authorized by Earth Circus can and will be accepted.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment and duties (both directions) are borne by the client (except on faulty items)
- We do not hold responsible for products lost in transit.
- There is a fourteen (14) days policy of returns for faulty items.
- We do not accept any return requests on sale items. All sales are final, no exceptions.
- We ask that after your garment has been received, please allow 5-7 working days for quality control and approval.
How will I be refunded?
RETURN TO OUR HEADQUARTERS IN BALI:
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
If you chose delivery to receive the item, the delivery fee will be refunded when the full order is returned.

The refund shall be payable by Bank transfer/Credit Cards within the same means as used by you to pay the canceled order. You will be informed of the refund by email. We will not offer a cash refund.
Such right of withdrawal or return does not apply to altered items or bespoke items that have been customized on demand by you, for instance with the engraving of a name.
